Five years ago, Tom and Bill Lang (known throughout the industry as the Lang Brothers), grew increasingly tired of the promises to reduce gas prices and abate air pollution... 20 years from now. As a consequence, they set out on a mission to create a revolutionary, self-contained HHO system at an incredibly affordable price.
