A. No, our kits WILL NOT void your warranty. Our Green Machines are 100% reversible and do not alter your vehicle's engine or computer system. They're easy to install and can be removed in under a minute.[top]
A. Our kits are extremely safe. Through a proprietary delivery system, hydrogen gas is extracted and released only as needed (hydrogen-on-demand). As a result, we've eliminated the need for dangerous, high-pressure hydrogen tanks. Tens of thousands of customers have significantly improved their gas mileage with our Green Machines without any issues or incidents.[top]
A. Our Green Machines work on over 99.9% of motor vehicles (gas or diesel powered cars, vans, trucks, SUVs, etc).[top]
A. We designed the kits to be very easy to install - each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions that'll have you up and running in no time. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.[top]
A. The obvious answer is that water is two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen (H20). However, this common scientific description ignores the fact that all hydrogen and oxygen molecules are diatomic. This means that they occur in pairs. Both hydrogen and oxygen molecules pair off because they are more stable when joined together.
Since all hydrogen and oxygen molecules are paired the correct scientific description of water is not H20 but H402.
In fact, the structure of water is actually twice as complex (H402) as the common scientific abbreviation (H20) would lead you to believe. This minor difference becomes important as we look at how the electrolyzer makes Brown's Gas.
A. Electrolyzers use an electrical current to break the bond of the neutron that holds the hydrogen and oxygen in water together. The electric current is passed through a quart of water containing one (1) teaspoon of ordinary baking soda as an electrolyte. The baking soda in the water amplifies the effect of the electro-magnetic field and causes the neutron to release its hold on the oxygen and jump to the hydrogen. With the neutron bond dissolved the now monatomic hydrogen and oxygen molecules are disassociated or liberated. The atomic structure of water has been changed from a liquid to a gas and its components - hydrogen and oxygen -have been changed from diatomic to monatomic.[top]
A. Brown's Gas is reformed monatomic hydrogen and oxygen. Also called HHO it is a powerful, clean burning fuel that does not pollute.[top]
A. Brown's Gas - also called HH0 - is formed when liberated hydrogen and oxygen molecules reunite as a gas in the top of the Electrolyzer
Tiny monatomic hydrogen and oxygen bubbles can be observed floating in the water. The pull of the electromagnetic field caused by + and - electrodes draws hydrogen to the + side and oxygen to the - side of the electrolyzer. Please observe that there are twice as many hydrogen bubbles attached to the (+) positive electrode as there are (0) Oxygen bubbles attached to the (-) negative electrode.[top]
A. Fractional addition is the process of mixing a small amount of Brown's Gas with gasoline. Fractional addition increases the power of gasoline by 3.8 times. Gasoline fuel enriched with Brown's gas improves engine performance, consumes noxious engine emissions, and improves your gas mileage.[top]
A. Water vapor injectors employ a bubbler to create water vapor in the top of a sealed container. They use engine vacuum to draw less than micron sized particles of water and Brown's Gas into the engine manifold to be mixed with gasoline.[top]
A. Yes, you can. We suggest that drinking this water will greatly benefit your overall health and may remedy some serious heath problems. George Wiseman of Eagle Research outlines some of the benefits, which are listed below:
"When Brown's Gas is bubbled through clean water, the water absorbs oxygen and hydrogen. We think there is an additional energy (electrical in nature) added to the water as well. We find the drinking the resulting enhanced, oxygenated and hydrated water to bring us alert like drinking a cup of coffee, without the side effects.
Many people know that oxygenated water is healthful. There are many companies selling water that has had oxygen added to it. What is generally unknown is that water is even more healthful when hydrogen is added to it. Drinking water is called hydrating the body. An astonishing fact is that chlorinated water, coffee, carbonated and sweetened fluids are generally dehydrating. Most of the diseases known to mankind (including aging) can be prevented or mitigated by hydrating the body. (Current research indicates that the proper amount of water to drink every day, to keep the body properly hydrated is 1/2 your body weight, in ounces. B.L.)
Every test of Brown's Gas enhanced water shows it to be super hydrating, far superior to regular water (as much as 10 times). Enhanced water is an essential key to keeping an active youthful body as the years go by. We have reason to believe this water enhances every chemical process in the body, making a super immune system and mitigating the symptoms of aging, mostly caused by dehydration."
A. Yes. Testing in the US and Canada provides incontrovertible proof of this fact. In the late 1990 conclusive tests were performed, with representatives of various US Government agencies, in attendance. As might be expected, the agency representatives dropped the ball. How this happened is documented on YouTube!
High level research, in this area, has since shifted to Canada and the www. Evidently considerable progress has been made, in this area. This, also is documented on YouTube. Canada is the world larges supplier of Uranium for Nuclear Reactors. They are currently negotiating to take back spent nuclear fuel rods, after they are used up. They would do this, as part of their original sales contract. So spent uranium by-products like plutonium, with a half life of 240,000 year (a whole life of 480,000 years) may not wind up in your back yard, after all.
A. Yes. Dr. Ruggerio Maria Santilli of Magna Gas Inc. in Palm Harbor FL. has industrial/commercial process technology for sale, right now and available for this purpose.
The documentation on this is incontrovertible, at every level. Dr. Santilli's proofs on the subject of neutron behavior and the magnecule are the highest level of research on Brown's Gas/HHO. HHO and Magnecule are terms coined by Dr. Santilli. He also invented Hadronic Mathamatice as a means to describe the non-quantum, scalar aspects of Brown's Gas/HHO.
A. I suspect that the answer is yes. Research on this subject has been very slow to come forward. However as, the known scalar effects of Brown's Gas applications are proven in torch welding systems, automotive pollution abatement, clean coal process technology and the enhancement of home heating applications, the odds are favorable. Here also, Canada is in the forefront. They even admit to doing the research![top]
A. Yes. The same fractional addition process used on your car, as the Delivery System, can be used on a home heating system. In the early 1980 Energy Systems Inc, of Lockport, NY marketed as system that used a WWII type, Water Vapor System, powered by a small pump, on industrial/commercial gas and oil fired boilers. LODOC Services Inc. downsized and modified this system for home heating applications in 1983. It is simple, foolproof and utterly effective.[top]
A. Yes. If you have purchased either the H2O Green Machine or the Watergas Green Machine you already have such a system. All you have to do is rearrange the system parts. We will be posting the system details on this web site shortly.[top]
A. No! You cannot do that. Though running this system with an aquarium pump may add enough water vapor to the HHO to prevent flash back, it is not sufficiently safe. Under no circumstances, should you hook up an electrolyzer to a furnace, without proven flash back protection. William Rhodes, in his initial test, found the flame front speed to be around Mach 3.5. Bob Boyce said and we agree, there are no mechanical flash back protectors fast enough to do the job.
However, Nicholas Tesla did design a non-mechanical valvular conduit for The Tesla Gas Turbine Patent (U.S. Patent No. 1,329,559), which may do the job. Gulf Laboratories is currently in the process of duplicating and testing this device. Apparently the math used for the design of this device by both Penn. State Univ. and a French Company as a micro heart valve, produces a flawed replication of the original.
Q. Can I just hook up a few electrolyzers, chained, in series, to my car? I have seen pictures of half a dozen Ozzie/Lang HHO Green Machines on the web as well as the Archie Blue System series design.
A. No! You are producing orders of magnitude more Brown's Gas/HHO than is involved in the fractional systems. Two safety precautions need to be added to systems that produces large amounts of Brown's Gas/HHO, before they can be safely used on cars.
1. A vacuum operated electrical switch sized correctly to the AMPS drawn by the unit. This switch is wired, in line and fuse protected to prevent a large unit from making Brown's Gas/HHO, when the engine is off.
2. A Tesla type, high speed, non mechanical flashback arrestor. Yull Brown type bubblers and Wm. Rhodes type steel wool, may work but they are half measures, at best.
Meeting the safey precautions necessary to use large amounts of Brown's Gas/HHO in engines is a top priority at Gulf Laboratories. The situation currently, is something like the conditions in the early days of Natural Gas and Propane, before they became commonly used fuels. Once sufficient safe guards were introduced, they became widely used fuels.
A. Yes. In the event that there is no vacuum port, one can easily make one, with a 1" section of ordinary automotive brake line. Drill a hole sized exactly to the brake line, into the intake manifold, as close as possible to the engine block and insert the section of brake line. Cement with goop etc. as needed.[top]
A. Yes, for the H2O Green Machine, replace the water with blue -20°F Windshield Washer Fluid. For the Watergas Green Machine, charge, the Windshield Washer Fluid with Brown's Gas and add the 4 cap fulls of Hydrogen Peroxide to the Windshield Washer Fluid. Use this mixture, during the winter, instead of plain water.[top]
